Terms of service: Booking, Cancellation, And Indemnity
Client Name: (hereinafter “Customer,” “You,” or “Your”), hereby authorize Javaborobudurtour.com/ (hereinafter “Javaborobudurtour.com/,” “Our,” or “We”) to charge my credit card in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below. I understand that any charges will show on my billing statement as “Javaborobudurtour.com/or Mountmerapitour.com/” or PT. MOUNT MERAPI RIMBA EKSPLORASI (Official License: NIB No. 1712240091138).
Terms Of Reservation And Modification
Confirmations: All services booked by the customer are paid for in advance to Javaborobudurtour.com, and confirmations are issued to the customer electronically for convenience. No bookings can be considered confirmed until we verify availability and payment is made. We will issue booking confirmations by email.
Modifications: Java Borobudur Tour & Travel is happy to accommodate any service modifications made up to 24 hours from the time of the service; the only fees, penalties, and time restrictions javaborobudurtour.com will impose on the customer are those that are imposed by the applicable service providers and not under our control.
Last-minute modification requests (24-48 hrs from the time of service) must be directed to our operations office at (62) 812-2766-4907, javaborobudurtour@gmail.com, or mountmerapitour@gmail.com. Any services or modification requests cannot be considered confirmed or guaranteed until the customer makes new payment arrangements if there is a price increase and javaborobudurtour.com provides the customer with updated confirmations.
The customer has read and verified the details and dates of the services and, by continuing with payment online, agrees that everything is correct.
Cancellation Postponement And Refund Terms
All cancellation requests must be received in writing, and penalties may apply. The penalty-free cancellation date for each service on your itinerary is detailed on your itinerary details under “Cancellations” as well as on the payment page before confirming your payment. If you need this link, we can provide it upon request.
If you book and pay prior to the penalty-free date, you will see the option to make a one-time non-refundable deposit in order to confirm your lodging and tickets. The deposit is generally 20% of your trip total; you will see the exact amount on your itinerary preview and payment area.
You must call 48 hours ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund. You will be assessed a 20% termination fee for cancellations within 24 hours of your tour or if you decide not to show up. Any unutilized service or no-show guest in any of the confirmed and paid tours will NOT be refundable.
As an alternative to cancellation and deposit loss, prior to the penalty-free date, we offer a service to postpone your trip for a later date. Postponement allows you to apply all payments you’ve already made to another trip within the next years After the penalty-free date passes, postponement service terms and potential penalties are handled on a case-by-case basis, as not all providers have the flexibility to offer this in every case. Some terms and exclusions apply, and this service depends on eligibility.
No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations or packages. No refunds due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest, or acts of God, including hurricanes, earthquakes, fires, and floods.

Travel insurance is strongly advised—contact your government for their recommended insurance provider. A “cancel for any reason” type plan allows the most flexibility to completely mitigate anything that may come up.
Do I have to print my booking confirmation?
No, it is not necessary to print your booking confirmation; the mobile ticket is also accepted. Our driver will meet you at the pickup location that you stated in the reservation.
The assumption of risk, hold harmless, and indemnity terms.
JavaBorobudurTour.Com, together with its affiliates, partners, owners, directors, officers, agents, and employees (collectively, the “JavaBorobudurTour.Com indemnified parties”), acts only as agents selling travel-related services and booking such services.
While we strive only to work with the best service providers, the JavaBorobudurTour.Com indemnified parties are in no way liable for any act or omission made by any service provider, the results of which may include but are not limited to damages, loss, or injuries to customers or other travelers paid for or traveling with customers.
You acknowledge and agree that the JavaBorobudurTour.Com indemnified parties have performed reasonable due diligence in helping put together connections with third-party service providers that suit your expressly stated preferences, but that on each occasion the ultimate decision to select specific requested services and engage specific third-party service providers is solely and exclusively the customer’s decision and is based on the customer’s own investigation into the options available to the customer and not solely on the advice or recommendation of the JavaBorobudurTour.Com indemnified parties.
Additionally, the activities involved in the requested services may involve dangerous activities, unfamiliar locations, and other risks associated with traveling abroad. Please be aware that the customer is solely and exclusively responsible for their own well-being and for their belongings and possessions and that the customer is engaging in each of the requested services and related activities at the customer’s own risk, and the customer hereby expressly assumes that risk.
The JavaBorobudurTour.Com indemnified parties cannot and shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries occasioned by your travels or the services of third-party service providers or that are outside its realm of control.
By continuing with payment, the customer voluntarily, knowingly, and willingly assumes all risk and full responsibility for all that may occur during travel, whether known or unknown, and hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the JavaBorobudurTour.Com indemnified parties harmless against any such damages, losses, or injuries to the customer and all other travelers the requested services apply to.
The customer’s payment indicates consent to the above terms and conditions on behalf of all accompanying travelers and agrees to convey the contents of this agreement to all other travelers the above services requested may apply to.
Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Venue; Attorneys’ Fees.
These terms shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the country of Indonesia as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Indonesia without reference or regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. These terms are prepared and executed in the English and Bahasa Indonesian languages only, and any translations of these terms to any other languages shall have no effect.
All proceedings related to these terms will be conducted in the English or Indonesian language. In the event of any litigation or arbitration between the parties hereto arising out of these terms, the prevailing party shall be allowed all reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, arbitration fees, and expenses incurred in such litigation or arbitration, including all such expenses incurred on appeal. All disputes arising under these terms or any arbitration shall be brought in the Superior Court of Indonesia, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
These terms apply to and govern any changes, modifications, additions, or extensions of your trip and/or the requested services.
Statement of Customer: I have read the above agreement and its terms and conditions, and I accept them in their entirety.
